Approvals and Activities
Time Approval: Used to approve Timesheets submitted through Timesheet Entry. For more information, see: Approve a Timesheet.
Expense Approval: Used to approve Expense Sheets submitted through the Expense Sheet page. For more information, see: Enter and Approve Expense Sheets.
Budget Approval: Used to approve Project Budgets when the Project Card > Budget > Budgets require approval is selected and a new or changed budget is submitted. For more information, see: Project - Budget Approvals
Retention Invoicing: Used to bill the retention amounts that were withheld when the original Sales Invoice was created. For more information, see: Retention Invoicing
Contract Change Order Approval: Used to approve or reject Contract Change Orders if a Contract is configured to require Change Order Approvals or Rejections. For more information, see: Approving or rejecting a Change Order.
Subcontract Change Order Approval: Used to approve or reject Subcontract Change Orders that are submitted for approval. For more information, see: Change Notice Approval.
Payment Request Approval: Used to approve or reject submitted Subcontractor Payment Requests. For more information, see: Payment Request Approval.
Subcontract Purchase Invoice: Used to create a Purchase Invoice for a Subcontract. For more information, see: Create Subcontract Purchase Invoices.
Subcontract Retention: Subcontract Retention refers to the portion of the payment that is deducted from the initial Purchase Invoice. The Subcontract Retention page allows you to generate a Purchase Invoice for the retained amount.
Time and Expense Entry
Current Timesheet: Specifies the Timesheet that corresponds to the user's Business Central Work Date.
Note
The Time Card Active that displays on the Resource Card |Actions > Time | Time Card Active displays the Time Period that matches the "Last Used" Timesheet Date(not the Business Central Work Date).
Open Timesheets: Specifies a list of Timesheet Periods for the user, with a Time Entry Status of either 'Open' or 'Not Used Yet'.
Timesheets Due to Close: Specifies Timesheet Periods where the Period End Date is before the current Business Central Work Date and where the Timesheet Status is either 'Open' or 'Not Used Yet'.
Open Expense Sheets: Specifies Expense Sheets where the Status = 'Open'.
Invoicing

Approved Sales Invoices: Specifies Sales Invoices where the Release option was selected on the Sales Invoice > Home > Release menu, and have a Status of "Released".
Time & Expense History
Previous Timesheets: Displays a list of Timesheets where the End Date of the Timesheet is before the Business Central Work Date and the Time Entry Status is not "Open" or "Not Used Yet".
Previous Expense Sheets: Displays a list of Expense Sheets where the Expense Sheet Status is not "Open", "Not Used Yet", "Waiting Posting", "Posted", and "Waiting XX Approval Expense Sheets".
