Gantt Chart
The Gantt Chart enables graphical planning of Tasks with drag and drop functionality and color visualization for Usage vs Budget.
Choose Gantt Chart available in the Role Center > Resource Planning menu.
Each Task is presented in a graphical format. The Tasks can be moved and directly in the Gantt Chart or by setting the Start Date (Planning) and End Date (Planning) on the Task Card.
Tasks with the of Type of Posting can be moved/changed over time and visualized as a stacked bar for Usage % of Budget displayed in a different color. Related Tasks are displayed as a link between Tasks.
Tasks with the Type of Begin/End Total can be Collapsed/Expanded as necessary.
