Suggested Billing

Suggested Billing is a report to help decide which Projects to bill at any given point. The report displays Invoice Suggestions for billings for all Projects.

The report displays Time/Material and Scheduled Billing invoice information, including information about booked Usage, Budgets, invoiced amounts and amounts to invoice. For Scheduled Billings, it displays Planned Scheduled Billings, Invoiced and Amount to Invoice for each Project.

To run the report:

1. Navigate to the Role Center and select Processing > Billing > Suggested Billing

2. An Options page opens to select printer settings, Project filters and other filters.

3. Select the desired options and select Preview to preview the report or Print to print it.
