Contracts module
In Business Central Dynamics 365 with the Progressus Advanced Project Accounting extension for Contracts, you can track customer contracts, budgets and change notices, budgets, and milestones. The new Contracts module replaces the former Main Projects functionality and adds additional functionality and fields, such as:
- Contract Manager
- Contract Accountant
- Type of Contract
- Contract Dates
- Owner Change Notice Required
- Notice Number of Days
- Scope of Work
- Approve any change notices for the contract
- Track Contract Values from the projects
- Display totals for both the original value and change notice values
- Existing budgeting is upgraded to include Approval processing and Change Notices
- Invoicing to allow for invoicing at the contract level
