| Allocation Key Definition List | Allocation Keys are database fields the system uses for rate retrieval. Keys include Project, Task, Dimensions, Resource Group, Work Types, Expense Code, G/L Account, or Resource on the transaction. Example: the rates might be based on a combination of Project and Work Type. |
In Allocation Hierarchy set up a Rate Level using the Project and Work Type Keys, then assign a Direct Rate and/or Billing Rate that is used in allocation processing.
The table Key List is a predefined list that cannot be modified.
- Navigate to the Role Center > Setup > Allocation Setup > Allocation Keys.
